사방으로 사람이 가득 찬 이곳. 튀어나온 팔꿈치는 머리를 찌르고, 들이민 엉덩이는 복부를 압박한다. 그때 문득 든 생각, 끼어 있지 말고 그냥 안아버리자. 서로를 껴안으면 이곳에 여유가 생기지 않을까? 우리가 사는 곳은 복잡하고 차갑게만 보이는 서울이다. 빽빽하게 끼어 있는 사람들 틈에서, 팔을 내밀어 옆 사람을 안아보면 알 수 있다. 서울은 생각보다 말랑한 것들로 채워져 있음을. 그들을 안고 말을 건네고 바라보자. 사방을 채우는 따뜻한 질감과 다채로운 존재를 느껴보자. 옆 사람을 안는 것이 얼마나 즐거운 일인지, 그들이 얼마나 생생하고 따뜻한 존재인지 깨닫게 될 것이다. 그 순간, 서울에 불어넣어진 여유를 마주하고, 새로운 시야를 갖길 바란다.
