바느질과 마음
찢어진 천과 구멍을 바느질로 꿰매는 것처럼 상처 난 마음도 그렇게 꿰맬 수 있다면 좋지 않을까? 사람의 마음은 여러 상황으로부터 상처를 입고, 사람들은 그런 상처를 마주하기 어려워 마음속 깊이 묻어두며 외면해버린다. <바느질과 마음>은 마음을 치료하는 공방에서 이런 상처받은 마음들을 치료하는 과정을 보여주며, 이런 과정을 바느질을 하는 것으로 비유해 보여줌으로써 사람들이 자신이 받았던 마음의 상처를 되짚어보게 되는 계기가 되길 바란다.
Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could mend wounded hearts, just as we mend torn fabric and holes with sewing? The human heart is wounded by various circumstances, and because we find it difficult to confront these wounds, we bury them deep within and turn away from them. "Sewing and the Heart" depicts the process of healing these wounded hearts in a healing workshop. By metaphorizing this process with sewing, we hope to inspire people to reflect on the emotional wounds they have endured.
