MARSCAPE는 화성 이주를 위한 건축 사무소이자 생존 기반 플랫폼으로, 건축을 단순한 공간 설계가 아닌 ‘살 수 있는 조건’을 만드는 행위로 정의한다. 산소, 에너지, 식량, 의료, 공동체 등 생존에 필요한 모든 요소를 하나의 시스템으로 통합해 계약하며, 지구가 부동산의 소유를 거래한다면 MARSCAPE는 생존을 계약한다. 우리는 건물을 팔지 않는다. 우리는 생존을 설계한다. MARSCAPE는 인류가 다른 행성에서 맺는 첫 번째 생존 계약이다.
