AN.NO.PLASTICA는 인류세 시대의 플라스틱을 기억되지 않은 유물로 바라보며, 미래 시점에서 플라스틱 폐기물이 어떻게 화석이 되어 해석될지를 시각화하는 아카이빙 프로젝트입니다. 우리가 무심코 버린 일회용 플라스틱은 지층에 퇴적되어 비자발적 기억으로 남게 됩니다. 이 프로젝트는 플라스틱을 단순한 쓰레기가 아닌, 인간의 소비와 감정, 시간의 흔적이 담긴 문화적 기록으로 재해석합니다. 가상의 박물관 전시를 통해 플라스틱 화석이라는 아이러니를 체감하게 되며, 우리가 남긴 흔적이 결국 무엇이 될 것인지 스스로 질문하게 됩니다.
AN.NO.PLASTICA is an archival project that views plastics of the Anthropocene era as unremembered relics, visualizing how plastic waste will be fossilized and interpreted in the future. The disposable plastics we carelessly discard are deposited in geological strata, becoming involuntary memories. This project reinterprets plastics not simply as waste, but as a cultural record imbued with traces of human consumption, emotions, and time. Through AN.NO.PLASTICA, people will experience the irony of plastic fossils and question what will ultimately become of the traces we leave behind.
