“팔자는 날 때부터 타고난다.”라는 말이 있다. 태어날 때 이미 정해진 길이 있으며, 우리는 이를 벗어날 수 없다는 뜻이다. 이처럼 오래전부터 팔자는 바꾸기 어려운 운명으로 여겨져 왔다. 하지만 과연 우리는 사주팔자대로만 살아가는 존재일까? 팔자를 순응해야 할 대상이 아니라 스스로 이끌어갈 수 있는 것으로 본다면 이야기는 달라진다. 팔자라는 바탕 위에 무엇을 덧입히고 어떻게 살아갈지는 전적으로 우리에게 달려 있다. <사주팔자 고쳐쓰기>는 바로 이 지점에서 출발한 작업이다. 허무맹랑하게 여겨지는 사주와 개운법을 더 허무맹랑한 실험 속에 불러들인다. 운명을 바꾸려 하기보다 놀이처럼 다루는 방식을 제안하며, 진지함과 장난스러움 사이를 오가며 팔자를 새롭게 바라볼 수 있도록 한다.

If fate is not something to obey but something we can steer and reinterpret, the story changes. <Rewriting Fate> begins here, drawing fortune and destiny into a more absurd experiment. Rather than striving to overturn fate, it proposes to engage with it playfully—moving between sincerity and humor to reveal new ways of seeing destiny in everyday life.
