본 프로젝트는 미래 사회에서의 기록이 어떻게 저장되고 활용될 수 있을지를 상상하는 스펙큘레이티브(Speculative Design) 디자인이다. 과거의 기록 방법 리서치를 바탕으로 기술, 사회 구조 등과 연결된 미래 시나리오를 도출했다. 기록이 넘쳐나는 디지털 사회에서, 의식적이고 주체적인 '기록의 질'을 재조명한다는 프로젝트 목표를 설정했다. 해당 메세지를 전달할 수 있도록 미래 국제 기구 REEF(Resilient Earth & Environmental Foundation)를 설립했고, REEF에서 제작한 기록 KIT가 상징적 장치이다.

To deliver this message, a fictional international organization, REEF (Resilient Earth & Environmental Foundation), was established, and its Record Kit serves as a symbolic device representing the act of intentional recording.
